Not dumb at all. Yes, buy buy buy is what Cramer is saying. In most cases you should do the opposite :)
I have a dumb question at the bottom where it’s the buy buy buy and sell sell sell. Are those what Cramer is saying to buy and sell or what we should buy inverse of what he said? Should I be buying the sell stocks?
